So I though this was going to be another conventional windbreaker, not that there's anything wrong with that. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened up the bag and inside was this, probably the thinnest polyester fabric i have ever felt, it feels lighter than my t-shirt...yeah. It really is good for running, i wouldn't recommend running in the heat with this though, you would get really hot. In the cold though this would do good.
