I looked at several racks and read lots of reviews before deciding to buy this rack. Originally, I was thinking about a Thule BSTK2 rack but the $125 price tag kind of threw me off. Then I saw this rack that has a nearly identical design for $80 so I decided to get it. First let me say that I did not buy this one new. I actually bought a returned item which was substantialy cheaper (if you can find one, I'd recommend it).

Pros
*The rack is pretty sturdy and stable.
*If you live in an old building where the floor is not flat like i do. You can actually adjust the base to make the rack more stable.
*The arms are adjustable and you can move them on any position you'd like (I'd recommend leaving the front feel on a lower position to avoid leaving tire marks on the wall).
*You can move the bikes as close or as far from the wall as you'd like.
*No drilling or finding studs required. This rack is stable enough to stand on its own.
*The rack was easy to assemble all you need is an adjustable wrench or a wrench set.
*This will make your apartment or garage more organized and look cleaner and neater.

Cons
*The material feels like cheap steel.
*When you move the arms up and down and tighen the bolt in the back it leaves marks on the steel.
*the instructions are very vague. They are not hard to follow but they could certainly be better.
*mine was a returned item so it had some scratches on it and the rack will easily scratch.
*You might have trouble putting your bike up if your bike doesn't have the 2 traditional triangles in the frame. They sell the extra bar for this purpose but is still an inconvenience.

Overall, I am glad with this rack but most importantly my wife is glad. Our 1 bedroom apartment is so much more organized and we have extra space (in NYC every square inch counts). For reference We use the rack to hold two road bikes a 52cm Trek 2.3 WSD (15-17 pounds) and a 56cm Trek Ion Pro (17+ pounds). our bikes are more like a decoration to our apt now. We can put things like the pump behind the rack without taking extra space. There are probably better racks out there but for the price I paid I would say this one deserves 5 stars. I would recommend this rack to a friend.
