I don't know how two people could actually say that this knife comes very sharp. Mine was extremely dull with 3-4 fairly bad nicks in the blade. This knife is not worth the money by any means. Both the sheath and the handle are made of plastics you would expect to find in cheap toys which is what this knife looks like. Screws in the sheath are magnetic so they are not stainless steel which makes no sense in this application and only saved the manufacturer in Taiwan a couple of cents.

Spyderco makes knives expressly made for use in salt water using a steel called H1. It will not rust at all and holds an edge much, much better then titanium. The knife I wrote this review for? I threw it in the trash. Useless.
