I have had these 16 oz gloves for more than a half a month. They are great so far. The interior lining of the gloves has a great feeling and really lets you know the time and quality put in to the glove. The thumb has great padding and there is padding to protect your hand when using hammer strike or spinning back fists. Did not expect that. The leather on the outside of glove seems and feels durable. These gloves are great for training whether you are using them on thai pad or heavy bags. These gloves exceed the what I had originally expected. There are two things you do need to know though. When getting the gloves you have to remember that the glove does take time to break in so at first they may seem too tight but you really just need to give it time to loosen up. When I got them I could really only put 120" hand wraps on my hand since the inside of the glove was so tight. Now I am sure I can use 180" hand wraps and they seem to be loosening quite nicely. Also these gloves should be really only used for heavy bag work, thai pad work, etc.. I would not recommend these gloves for sparring because since these gloves are called bag gloves they use some hard, compact padding which are only meant to protect your knuckles against hitting bags and not your sparring partner. I mean you could use them for light sparring or if your partner has the proper headgear but besides that these gloves are not really designed to be used for sparring. Right now, these gloves get a 5 star rating from. Really great overall.
