I just got this vest so I decided to try it out. If you are 5'10 around average size, this should fit without any problems.Pros
- fits me
- good mobility, from what I have tested I haven't had any problems when it comes to movement with this vest
Cons
- adjustable... not really, this vest comes with 5 pouches 2 near your abs, 2 lower back and 1 in your upper back near your spine(weird)which means if you take any of the pouches except the one on your upper back, it will feel awkward
- I have never used a weighted vest before so I don't know exactly how big the pouches should be but I can't do a full pushup since the areas of the vest with weights hits the floor every time on the downward motion
- need more shoulder padding. I didn't use it for a long time but I can tell with the padding that if you use it for an hour or so it will hurt your shoulder since its 40 pounds n almost no padding (I am sure people won't mind spending 5$ extra for some extra padding)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If someone from TITLE is reading this (though I doubt it)
- the chest area can hold weights since its completely empty allowing a better distribution of the weights
- maybe instead of just 5 sandbags, increase the amount to 10 bags so it can be adjustable (really can't be too expensive to manufacture and I am sure most people will pay another 10$ for it)
- add some padding on shoulder
