Although I hate to admit it, I bought these exotic wood grips to cosmetically enhance my Redhawk, only. I felt the rubber monogrip on the gun would be better at the range. Went to the range with a friend and didn't swap the grips back from the wooden ones and decided to try shooting, which worked beautifully, as my groups were tighter and I felt much better control of the weapon. I immediately bought a set for my 629 right after. Fantastic product all around.
